Description

Bardahl Anti Seize Spray is a copper-based, lead-free lubricating and assembly paste designed for very high temperatures, with a very high percentage of inorganic solid components. It provides long-lasting protection for all mechanical components of machinery and engine parts that move slowly. Bardahl Anti Seize Spray creates a lubricating film between surfaces, ensuring long-term protection and preventing the welding of metal parts due to extreme pressures and temperatures, seizing, corrosion, rust, and also facilitates the assembly and disassembly of screws, bolts, and nuts.

Field of application

General industrial uses: locking bolts, pins, hinges, screws, and nuts.

Steel mills: safety valve bolts and other parts exposed to high temperatures.

Power plants: high-pressure flanges of boilers. Boiler head bolts. Cover head bolts for turbo-generators and turbo-blowers. Tensioners and nuts of high-pressure boilers.

Welding: protects against welding splashes when using CO2 equipment. Use on screw threads of nozzles, guide bushings, and fastening points of welding torches.
